An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

Conflicting terms of the customer shall not apply unless the Seller expressly agrees to them.

  1. Conclusion of Contract

The product descriptions in the online shop do not constitute binding offers but invitations to submit an order.

By clicking the button “Buy now”, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The Seller may accept this offer within five days by

• sending an order confirmation by email
• delivering the goods
• or requesting payment

The contract text will be stored by the Seller and sent to the customer after the order.

The contract language is German.

Consumers are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

Details can be found in the Seller’s withdrawal policy.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are individually manufactured according to customer specifications.

All prices shown in the online shop are total prices including statutory VAT.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during the order process.

  1. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.

  1. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.

  1. Liability

The Seller is fully liable for intent, gross negligence and damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.

In the event of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
