Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the returned goods.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned them.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
